With 12 minutes until they closed, my new card was ordered (already have my confirmation) and is being rushed to me. Thank you from 2,500 miles away, you have incredible staff! They are well trained, fast, and amazingly kind!! Thank you again!”
“I am a new customer with GNCU. Recently I went into the branch to gather some information on transfer limits, holds, etc. Joy and Edith were wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. I needed a letter from the bank and they provided it to me within minutes. They both have upbeat, professional, and positive demeanors. I’m beyond pleased with my decision to have joined GNCU.”

Not really any savings account options beyond $2500. CD rates are acceptable but not great. Checking options are good but not outstanding. Mobile app is functional. Overall a decent credit union.”

Their manager, Artis Johnson, has made my banking experiences easy and understandable. He is knowledgeable and patient and kind. The tellers are sweet and eager to be the most helpful they can be. Sounds silly all about a bank I guess but they're that good!”
“Had trouble trying to setup a checking account online so went in for some assistance and was told that they had no appointments for today and I had to make an appointment so as I was about to leave Moe came out of his office and said if I could hang out for 10 mins his first appointment had not confirmed and may not show up. So I took a seat for about 5 mins and Moe called me in and said he'd help me and got me what I needed. I had a great experience. Thanks Moe!”
“I recently moved to Nevada and starting a new job, i needed a bank account for direct deposit- I decided to give Wells Fargo a second go, and was not disappointed. I set an appointment and met with a banker,Robert Christian Lintz. He found out what I was looking for in an account and answered all questions with patience and clarity. What I anticipated to be an anxiety ridden experience was actually a really positive one. Roberts knowledge of accounts and suggestions made me feel confident I had made the right decision. I didn’t think it was possible to have a personalized experience in a corporate setting. Robert did just that. I am incredibly impressed and grateful.”

“I was notified by B of A of suspicious activity and I was a victim of identity theft. Was told go to my bank. I didn't have an appt walked in waited a few minutes and Ashley Sweeney asked how she could assist me. I told her what I was told she could see I was upset. She showed me to her desk had me sit then she came back in. Ashley spent almost 2 hrs assisting me. She truly cared, was so patient with me, went way beyond the call of duty. She is truly a blessing. B of A is lucky to have Ashley Sweeney represent them. Thank you again Ashley for all you did. I moved away from NV and I will miss her.”
“This Wells Fargo branch has recently returned to full service banking. This occurred early this year of 2022. I was in there today on June 1, 2022 for several types of work. There were four tellers available on the inside plus drive-thru tellers and one manager. There were at least two bankers available. Quite a positive change. My experience in general with Wells Fargo Bank is their customer service is high quality. I like the multi-state availability of services in ATMs. I not infrequently have issues with corporate level decisions on services and other stuff. But what are you going to do beyond my pay grade.”
