I have been using ALL FILTERS for over 9 years and have never had an issue with them or their service! I don't know why they have been given such bad remarks. I can only hope that people give them another chance because really their products are perfect and less costly than brand names.

My first purchase of an All-Filters complete RV filtration system was through Amazon. I contacted All-Filters directly after not being able to resolve a problem I had with Amazon. The rep that I spoke with at All-Filters, Henry, said that he would send me out a replacement. I installed that system, and about 3 weeks later, I noticed a decrease in my water pressure and flow. I removed the filters and inspected them, and found out that the descaler filter in my system had failed and come apart. This led to the contents spilling out into my water flow and clogging up my supply inlet screen. I again contacted Henry, and he assured me that he would send me a replacement system. But I never received the replacement due to FedEx delivering it to the wrong address. It was signed for by a D Marshall. My last name is Johnson!!! All-Filters has refused to reship the order. I'm NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!!!

They list stuff as "in stock" but it isn't in stock.I ordered an air filter assembly that was listed as "in stock" almost a week ago. Shortly after calling them about a shipping confirmation, I received a notification for a refund.This is not the first time that this has happened.

Waiting for my order made on 6/22/20. I have emailed twice about my order. No response. Telephone/chats about the order tell me to first contact via email! Can’t speak to a live person! Went ahead and ordered from Amazon and will get it in two days.

Been ordering from them for a few years, good people to work with. Only complaint is shipping takes a while.
