Used to be good. Not anymore. I used this shop from 2008 up until last year. They were good up until 2022. Then they had my Jaguar for a year and a half. I paid a bit over $3800, got it back in worse shape than when I dropped it off, and I still don't know what they did to it.
I drove it to the shop in summer of '22 with a list of issues to be worked on and offered to leave it with them for three weeks. While it was there it developed a no start condition. It took them over a year to correct that, and by then it had a bad fuel leak. I provided the hose kit to fix that and it still took weeks to get the car running again.
When I asked Jeremy why it was taking so long (in one of the rare instances of him actually returning a phone call), he told me that other customers "had made appointments". Unless those appointments were made before I dropped my car off in 2022, I think I should have gotten a higher priority for getting the work done and my car back to me.
I was working out of state when they finally got it somewhat drivable, and my roommate picked the car up for me. They didn't give her any documentation to show what was done and on the car and they still haven't provided that to me despite repeated requests. The car ran and drove acceptably when I dropped it off. When I got it back, it was running on four out of twelve cylinders and the turn signals no longer worked.
I will not be doing business with Action Frame in the future.

time, completed my allingment in a timely manner. And the charges were fair.

This shop held my truck hostage for 8 weeks. Took them 5 weeks to even look at it and discover the batteries were dead.I didn't expect it back overnight, but come on, 5 weeks to touch it? After another 3 weeks, they got tired of my daily calls and gave it back with replaced standpipes and a fuel pressure regulator. Less then 2 weeks and a handful of drives, I discovered a substantial fuel leak! Rather then taking it back to them, I took it to another shop. HIGHLY recommend you avoid this business.

I usually don't right reviews but I felt like the service I received from Kieth and his team was above and beyond. Awhile back while traveling on a narrow trail on my side by side I struck a rock hidden in the brush and bent my frame where the top control arm is mounted.. the damage was significant enough to effect the handling and was not an easy thing to fix. Keith took one look at it and said "no problem". I brought the rig in and they went to work on it immediately. I know for sure they spent more time on it then they charged me for and when I offered to pay extra, Keith said no he was sticking to his estimate. I was so happy to see my new side by side back to normal so quickly and for such a fair price, I had to tell others what a great business they run. Its really nice to see honest and competent people are still out there doing doing business in our area. Thanks again to the staff at Action Frame Automotive. I will let everyone I know who needs work on their vehicle that this is the place go.BN
