A American Storage has excellent service and flexibility. Brit and Marica are both very friendly and easy to work with. They asked good qualifying questions and customized my account based on my needs. I was having trouble with a heavy move yesterday. Marica and her friend came out and helped me to move the the more troublesome items. Two thumbs up. This is a great storage facility..

The manager is super nosey and unprofessional. Everytime I enter the property to go to my unit she gets in her car and follows me even though its a 50 yard walk for her. Then she comments on the things in my unit and tells me how I should move things in and out even though I have never broken any rules or policies.When I rented this place I had no idea that I would have someone looking over my shoulder the whole time. This place makes me uncomfortable and after repeated price increases and harassment by the manager I will be looking for other storage options and will no longer be recommending this place after years of patronage.

Lost our key and he came in on his day off to cut it off and even gave us a replacement for free. Awesome

I had this storage unit for 3 years for $80 per month. New owners took over and immediately raised the rent. The rent has been raised 3 times in a couple years. From $80 to $110 to $127 and now to $142. I look forward to another rent increase soon.

Use them often my only complaint is the gate control does not always work, but they will open it for you if the office is open.
