Ryan I believe his name was has to be the most knowledgeable rep from verizon I've ever worked with, he didn't even need to look up most of my questions and Ayden was one of the coolest dudes and extremely helpful as well! Over a 2 trip process of me berating them with odd questions with my situation I would say this Verizon store is awesome at customer service!!

Save yourself a lot of time and complete aggravation and drive to Henderson!!! Beyond irritated to just find out a month later (of waiting on new phone that they assured me wasn't on back order)they didn't even put the request in. If they did it's their own policy. I was told i can't cancel or change my order since we reserved that phone. Which isn't true per Verizon corp. I spent over an hour each time in and they just kept blowing smoke and telling me what they think I wanted to hear! So my family is all in Verizon while I'm paying for mine on T-Mobile. I def will never rec anyone going in this store. Only one person usually there anyway and no line system.

*** Updated *** The owners of the store responded to this review below and asked me to email them because they were so concerned about my experience . I did email them and they never responded. Seems like just a fake attempt to try and make it look like they care.*** Original comment***Sat in the store for an hour, waiting without being acknowledged once. Finally interrupted only told I would have to wait at least half an hour more. I get that these things take time but had I been told when I first got there that I was going to have to wait an hour and a half I would’ve just saved that time. If I could give zero stars I would.

I went to the boulder City store in boulder City. Ryan was awesome...! From start to finish......!! Extremely..... patient !! He answered my list of questions.... completely and accurately !! I never felt any kind of pressure ! If there was a ten star, I would have pushed it....! Thank you again... Ryan

Ryan was very helpful and informative and we have a nice new iPhone 14 plus turned in our iPhone seven and that was a good phone he transferred everything on the new phone for us

DO NOT GO HERE - at all! A man who works at this store really took advantage of my family member - and he told my family member a plethora of lies, ripped my family member off, and sold my family member a phone that my family member is not happy with at all!!! He ruined our family phone bill - and took advantage of my family member. I give honest reviews and I prefer to only give positive reviews. However - I felt moved to speak up. Believe me when I say DO NOT GO HERE! Blessings to all!!
