Store charges $25 per day hold for pickup fee. They also cant count. Had a box deliver less than 24 hours ago and was asked to pay $50. Pretty sure this is a franchisee violation. Every other store ive been to charges me $20-25 as long as its been there 5 days or less. I travel quite a bit and this is the most ive ever paid to pickup my hiking bag

I called up Meghan for the store as we had left something at a nearby hotel and flown back to Georgia. She picked it up and mailed it back to us. What great service ! Go Meghan !

I’m helping my mom out with this review as she just noticed the negative reviews posted for her favorite UPS Store, but didn’t know how to submit her own review. Our family has been using this location for years without issue. Furthermore we patron the place regularly due to the kind and respectful staff who are willing to work with us on all our needs. As a special callout from my mom, she wanted to note that Lacy has been excellent to work with. It’s clear that the individuals who made the negative connotation like to drive peoples names into the ground and hurt their careers rather than give honest critiques which will help individuals improve in their positions moving forward.LACY, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! AND TO ALL THE OTHERS AT THE STORE, YOU KEEP BEING AMAZING TOO! WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE YOUR SERVICES BECAUSE YOU ARE ALL AWESOME! THANK YOU!

Lacy gets 0 stars, UPS gets 1 star. Worst UPS store in Nevada, worth the drive into Henderson just to avoid dealing with Lacy. Selling our UPS stock today

I try to avoid them at all cost however with returns I am, in most cases stuck with UPS. They are ridiculously expensive. I am shipping/returning $45 in parts weighing less than half a pound yet spending $16.00 to do so. I am ripped off at every turn in this expensive life. It’s October 2023 and it’s only getting worse. Customer service is fine but nothing is worth the price I just paid to return pieces of plastic. What a joke… UPS, two thumbs way down… choose another carrier, one that won’t rip you off.
