Have to give Tiffany Martin 5 STARS! for doing a GREAT job managing my rental property in Boulder City NV . She found a great tenant, she took care of the paperwork, kept me informed and answered all my questions when they came up. I live out of the state and SUCH a relief to know everything was being taken care of - and Tiffany was very personable to work with. She sent pictures when needed, and asked for specific direction when something needed to be addressed. I now no longer need the management services but would DEFINATELY recommend Red Mountain Realty for a residential management situation.

Simply amazing!We had been with another manager for the past two years and I had reached the end of my rope.That all changed when I spoke to Tiffany. She stepped in and assumed an existing lease immediately the lines of communication were open.What I thought was going to become an eviction now appears to be a salvageable tenant.If you are looking for someone to allow you to sleep at night knowing that you and your property are in good hands then she should be your choice.
