“This review is specifically about the store's in house Bakery department. I went in on a Tuesday morning to pre-order a custom decorated birthday cake to be like one in a photo that I provided. I needed to pick up the cake on Thursday for an evening birthday event. I was told that the only Cake Decorator would be off work on Wednesday and Thursday, so, no. I asked how long the cakes "keep"... they keep for days. "Can you guys make the cake today and I'll pick it up on Thursday? You'd have to hold it until then because I have no place to hide it!" The order taker said "Yes, we can do that!" She said I couldn't speak directly with the Cake Decorator, but I could bring in a printed photo of the way the cake should look. I brought in the photo and they took my order. I was relieved but nervous that they were now doing it same day. And I knew when I picked it up on Thursday there was no fixing any issues. When I came in on Thursday I could not believe how PERFECT the cake was! The cake decorator had even mixed the perfect light sage green for the frosting. The font, decoration writing and colors matched my photo perfectly! The cake looked like I paid $65 for it but it cost NO WHERE NEAR that. For 65. I could have had FOUR of these cakes. They may have given me a discount because of how eager and specific I was, and because I couldn't get the cake made "fresh" due to their scheduling/short staff issue. I do not know the name of their Cake Decorator but they absolutely did the most amazing job. They really know what they were doing. And the cake tasted just like you'd expect a fresh grocery store bakery cake to taste.”

“On my way to an appointment with an Air Force Chaplain I saw I needed to catch my ever emerging mustache before it embarrasses me again. I was welcomed to the store by an attentive girl who hovered near as I hunted for a product. The service was wonderful and I look forward to my next visit with glee. Thx CVS!”

“The locale off of Buchanan is a 4-mile drive from my house. Although I like Henderson, some days I prefer not to drive over the hill. I use their pharmacy for all my four doctors when Humana cannot help me. They have a unique assortment of products not found at every drug store. T-shirts or caps to show your Boulder City pride was a welcomed surprise when first I visited. Since Lake Mead is a stone's throw away, the store is well stocked with sun-shielding necessities. Good to have this business on my team.”
