My Clients just purchased a home listed by Bret Runion & Cherry Aton. Our point of contact through the transaction was Cherry. I can not tell you how pleasant it was to be on the other side of a transaction where the agent is experienced, communicates well & politely, and knows what she’s doing. Even though we represented differing sides of the transaction, Cherry was a pleasure to speak with every time, and always professional. Any agent can list a home, but navigating the escrow process and finding solutions that work while effectively communicating with the other party makes a world of difference. If you’re in Boulder City I wouldn’t recommend working with anyone else!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! The realtor (Anna Maria Argenio) was completely awful to us. Me and my husband had rented an apartment through her in Boulder City; long story short: we had only lived there two months when the apartment (we lived on the second floor) mysteriously flooded(?) our entire living room (and only the living room) was flooded to the point the neighbors downstairs came up to scream to us that they had water leaking from their vents above them. We had called her about previous problems and this was the first time she actually had some sort of repairman come and take a look at said problem. She had never responded back about any of our other complaints until that difficult neighbor called her. When the “repairman”, (I honestly don’t know who or what he was, he might have been a friend of hers trying to help her out and keep the thing under wraps or something) because when searched our whole apartment, he couldn’t figure out where the water came from and just gave us fans to dry off the water. So not only was our carpet damaged and beginning to mold, my furniture and other belongings were damaged as well. And instead of fixing it, she gave us ONE FAN TO DRY THE APARTMENT OUT AND AN EVICTION NOTICE. We did absolutely nothing to cause the damage and nothing to warrant an eviction. She just didn’t want to fix the apartment and give us our deposit back. To add insult to injury, when we were evicted, We were told the electric/utilities/etc were to remain on but they would switch it back to there company so we’re not paying bills to a place we’re not living, do you see where I’m going with this? She purposely delayed changing the account name so of course we were getting billed for a place that we were evicted from MONTHS AGO. They are sneaky, manipulative and will screw you over first chance they get. Especially Anna Maria Argenio, she is the WORST. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OR WORK WITH THAT WOMAN. I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OR WORK WITH THAT WOMAN. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Low stress but get's everything done in a timely manner. She'll even get you a small discount if you can pronounce her last name! Ok, I made that last part up. If you're looking to purchase a home in Boulder City, ask for Mendy!

I've been a renter for over 4 years at one of their properties. Always paid my rent on time. Upon moving out I guess I'm not the greatest cleaner around but I did pay $280 to have the carpets cleaned after I moved out. I just got my deposit check from them. They chose to withhold $350 for cleaning. I'll never do business with them again and will let folks know about their practices
