McKay and Heidi Stevens assisted my husband and I buy a home in Lake Mountain Estates in Boulder City, NV is month.They both were extremely professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We are out-of-state buyers, Heidi answered all our questions and concerns on a timely basis with the added benefit of really knowing the local market. We are very, very happy campers! McKay and Heidi Stevens of the Trending Realty Group, LLC represented us in our recent home purchase here in Boulder City, NV. They are the most amazing couple; a true real estate dream team. We were very particular in the type of property and deal we wanted - enough to drive most real estate agents nuts. Heidi and McKay generously spent so much of their time (over a year) showing us multiple properties and explaining the pros and cons of each. When were finally ready to make an offer, they were on top of every detail; communicating with us, following up on our questions and concerns and explaining everything we needed to know and do to get the home and the deal we wanted. They patiently guided us through the entire transaction, looking out for our best interest in the most respectful, professional and personal way imaginable. AVOID ANY & ALL DEALINGS WITH TR REALTY & STAFF!! Bradford Roberts you can only run & hide for so long. Bradford Roberts / TR REALTY has been sued in court at least 8 times. Has been fined by nevada real estate board. Double check to see if his real estate license is suspended?? Took him to small claims court over monies he keep case #(22AH000018) Bradford Roberts was a no show got the full judgement. Served him twice with with all the proper paper work still on the run trying to avoid paying what's rightfully mine. Call the office and the standard response let me put you on hold and get you some answers only to NEVER pick up again. Bradford Roberts is as CROOKED, CORRUPT, UNTRUSTWORTHY person I have EVER DEALT WITH!!! Stay tone for update.

Heidi and McKay Stevens of TR Realty were wonderful to work with. I am 66 and have bought and sold many homes over the years. I can honestly say these two are hands down the best real estate agents I've ever worked with. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Boulder City / Henderson market. McKay & Heidi really listened to all my concerns, thoughts, worries and fears. Their expertise and ability to communicate complex manufactured housing real estate laws & market dynamics was very reassuring to me from the get go. Their tech savvy marketing tools and strategies were cutting edge and beyond IMPRESSIVE. Who uses overhead drones to showcase a property with a view? THESE GUYS DO. They both were available at literally all hours (which of course I loved, but also felt a bit guilty about). The transaction was further complicated by my being out of state, which McKay skillfully overcame though the magic of DocuSign. Heidi also worked her magic providing teams of helpers, cleaners, carpenters, electricians, A/C guys, plumbers & roofers that would literally show up same or next day. I still marvel at this. Ever personally been able to get help like this on a dime? Yeah, me neither. I can't say there were no hiccups, because every transaction must have a few of these, but all were skillfully & successfully managed by both Heidi and McKay. I always knew when things would get serious (good serious, i.e., offers) (bad serious, i.e., financial institution nonsense) because they would both call, and all three of us would strategize together on a conference call. They made me feel like I was their only client! To sum up - these are the realtors you are searching for. I can't sing their praises enough. Caren Lawrence

Jake is probably one of the very best real estate agents I have ever worked with. I have been a mortgage banker for over 37 years, 10 of those years were in Southern Nevada too. I'm also an instructer for CE Classes for realtors, so I have met many agents over my career. He constantly surprised and impressed me with his "Above-And-Beyond" service. He did things for me that I would have never expected an agent to do. Thank you very much, Jake, for making my purchase go smoother than I could have imagined, especially since we did it all long distance. I never even personally met you, nor inspected the property. Mary McClellan recently took over as the property manager at a condo for an elderly woman I look after. My dear friend was left in limbo for several months as work was only half done following a flood. The previous property manager nor the home owner's association took action to make sure my friend was taken care of. When Mary took over as property manager, things finally got done!
