Auto Specialists did great work as they always have, identifying and fixing recent troubles with my very old Toyota and got it running like a top. The mechanic performed extensive repairs, updated deteriorated parts carefully and got my old suv running like it did when I bought it new. I feel safer on the road and am grateful for the respect they showed to me and to the complex machinery of a cranky old car. My trust was rewarded. I highly recommend this shop and their work.

Went to Vegas For Vacation and on the way back home to Arizona my car broke down. Came here and from beginning to end me and my mom were treated awesome! The staff are very helpful and answered all the questions we had! My car took a few days to get fixed but throughout that time I was given updates about the progress that was being made! They really went above and beyond to help me get home! I drove my car home and had ZERO issues!

Put in a parts request. Waited a couple of weeks as it was not urgent. No contact. Stopped by and was told They were too busy to look for them. Terrible attitude on the female office manager. If you’re too busy, don’t offer to search for or order parts or take new custom.

How often do you get to say "it was a pleasure having my vehicle repaired"? The whole team was awesome and they had my Jeep ready to go the very next day, in time for our travel to Colorado, saving me the price of a costly, last-minute, plane ticket. There is no doubt that Auto Specialists are now my go-to for any auto repair or maintenance requirements.

Went Last week for the dreaded SMOG check (it passed ?) . I did a casual look about from the office area and WOW,, this joint is Clean,, the yard is tidy,, and the Service bays that I could actually see were equally well cared for. Obviously the technicians are proud of their spaces.I'm an Avid DIY mechanic,, but when I don't have the specific experience or equipment for a task I have to seek outside assistance.This shop clearly has my attention. ??

They lie and use refurbished parts just to keep your vehicle running like shit and keep bringing it back to their useless shop with mechanics that don't care and lie. Screw these people.

I’m writing this for my boyfriend who has been a client there twice. If we could rate zero we would. They take the car for a week at a time. When he would call about it he would be bounced around from person to person bcause nobody wanted to talk. They would also play phone tag constantly. I feel like they're trying to screw him over because he is disabled and they feel like they can e advantage of him.They said at first that it was under warranty for but when he had Between both jobs he spent $3200. He just picked the car up from them and within 20 minutes of driving it it’s already leaking antifreeze faster than ever. I don’t know about everyone else but after spending $3200 I expect the problem to be fixed but it’s not. He’s now having to wait on the tow truck to be able to get it home. They don’t fix problems, they make them worse.Service: Engine repair

Forgot to provide "update". I took my truck into my old mechanic and he noticed the noise immediately and fixed the differential. Wala - no more noise. All with good customer service! Auto Specialists could learn from others.

I did love them at first. Till I called home ( canada) and found out that there’s no way I could have reset the data on my car! They told me that they couldn’t find the data because someone reset it. I thought I did it by pressing the check mark on my car. I was wrong. My dealership told me that they shouldn’t have charged us 200$ cause they did nothing for us other then change a filter . . . Then I was told. I was supposed to be asked prior to any work being done on my car! They changed the air filter with out me being able to say yes or no. When I came back to ask how long she had the air filter torn out already. . . So. As much as I appreciate the help. I feel ripped off and victimized. I trusted them and that was my fault. If your out of country ! Call your dealership first. Then ask what to do! You might not get ripped off and spend 200$ us. I didn’t want to leave a review. But this is the 3rd time they texted me asking me to leave them one. Hopefully it gets kicked back to them and not to the public. Byers be forewarned !

They have a suspension tech. My suspension was replaced by Monte who rose to the task and got it done on a very old car. Many thanks.
