My family has purchased a dozen a dozen Biffy products over the years. We’ve been pretty happy with their work for the most part. Recently, we built a new home and wanted to put a new Biffy in every bathroom. The first one I installed leaked from the connection at the handle. The second one was missing the toilet seat spacer that you need in order install the Biffy. I contacted Biffy Co. through 7 phone calls and numerous emails. Not one response. Not one. No phone calls returned, no follow-up emails. Just ignored.

I have owned 3 Buddy's. These are certainly not the cheapest ones on the market. A while back I decided to get rid of my main one with the plastic arm and order the stainless steel one. It was expensive! Imagine my surprise when I got it. You get a stainless steel lever to trigger it, but the water access hose is plastic! Not braided steel as anyone with half a brain would use on their toilet. Recently I finally went to Buffy and ordered a stainless braided steel water access hose, figuring I would have my son change it out. After I spent $20 on a four dollar hose, my son reminded me after looking at the Biffy that they had made it in such a way that you couldn't upgrade to a better hose. The plastic hose is crimped on, not screwed on. Shame on you, Biffy! When a customer pays a big upcharge for the "stainless steel product" they at the very least expect a braided steel hose. The difference in cost between a plastic hose and a braided steel hose is about two dollars.

What can I say, been using these for over 10 years, better to power wash than spread it around.

The Biffy is literally a lifesaver. Helped me through several severe bouts of diverticulitis and other related issues. It's now difficult using a restroom other than my own as I instinctively reach for the Biffy handle. Customer service could use improvement, but this is a small family-owned company and they do their best. My last order went great and arrived within several days, even with free shipping. I swear by this product and can't understand why there's not one attached to every toilet in America. Highly recommend.

The Biffy Bidet (classic) is a great device, made in America, easily installed, and intuitive to use. However, it costs $99.95 and the water valve(s) wear out in approximately 18 months to 2 years. You can't buy repair parts, and you can't get it apart to repair it without special tools owned only by Biffy. You must remove the device and return it to the factory for repair at the price of $40.00 and approximately 10 day turn-around. This means that the Biffy Bidet costs you $50.00 per year for the first two years, and $20.00 per year for all succeeding years (until the device is no longer repairable by the factory, then you start over at the prevailing prices then). Although the Biffy Bidet is a great device, the cost per year and the inconvenience of periodically returning the item for repair have just overcome my sense of customer loyalty. I am switching to another device.

This is an incredible product. Many cultures throughout the world are wise to the idea of using water (or a bidet-like device) to quickly and hygienically clean. These devices are simple, useful, and the company has great customer service. I strongly recommend!

Not perfect (just as humans are not perfect either) but I have lived a month without one, after having them in every bathroom for a decade or more, and it has been a horrible experience. Let's face it: if you wanted to wash your hands, you wouldn't wipe them with toilet paper and say, "They're clean now." All you have done is smear everything to the point that you think you are clean. You have to at least get water involved, and the Biffy does that. So, 10 seconds of the spray, one paper towel, and you are on your way...no stopped-up toilets, and definitely a higher level of hygiene. Yes, I have tried one other brand, and it was useless. We have had one leak, and one of them squeaked, but other than that, we can't imagine living without them. Ok, we're spoiled.

I bought a BIFFY DECOR BUN WARMER: BIDET SPRAYER & WATER WARMER and have to say it is a total waste of money. They claim it has a warm water wash time of 25-30 seconds. You will get hardly 2 seconds of warm water before the cold water starts mixing in the warmer and makes it cold again. Moreover, the parts are made of cheap plastic and the sprayer started leaking after exactly 3 uses. Another thing is that they will only post a positive review on their website. I posted a negative review after making a purchase and they very smartly skipped my review. Talk about transparency. Do not waste your money as you will have to pay for shipping return and restocking fee.
