We were traveling from South Texas to Minnesota when we stop to put gas on our truck in York, Nebraska and our water pump went out. We called two places before we called Skip's Automotive & towing with them unable to help us but Skip said he would do some calling around to get us some help. He went out of his way to help! Daughter traveling alone,,Washington state to Alabama. Her vehicle quit on her Sunday evening. working with Skip and Mike they Towed her in, repaired her car, Picked her up at the Hotel and had her underway again by noon Monday. Thank you both so much. My son's car broke down by Utica... AAA called and found Skips... I left Lincoln about the same time he left York...I waited maybe 10 min and they were there. Towed to Lincoln...again..bam! Right on. Thank you for having a great driver...very nice.. if we need a tow or work done when in that area...we will call you. Thank you again...

Excellent service.They were sent out by roadside assistance for a tow and he ended up finding and fixing our issue and not having to tow us after all. Great driver and great company!

Was stranded with a flat in the middle of nowhere and someone came and got me on the road within 30 minutes! And he was so nice and helpful! Definitely would go to them in the future.

Just watched one of your tow trucks driving unsafe on I80 changing lanes on uneven lanes. Cutting in and out of traffic, tailing vehicles too close for construction area. Than cutting right behind a semi where he could almost touch him just to swerve to the off ramp at Waco.
