“We were moving across country, September 2019,when our vehicle broke down. It was towed to Hinz Repair late in the day so we got a room at a near by motel. Hinz Repair told us they would try to get it repaired the next day but it might take a day and a half. They got it repaired the next day toward the end of the day and it was even a little less than what he thought. They were very nice to work with and the vehicle has been running great ever since.”

TL;DR: the folks here are the nicest and fastest, most hard-working people ive met in a long time. Theyre so genuine and i would recommend this place to anyone.
My bestfriend and i are on our way to Minnesota from Colorado Springs. A decent drive indeed at around 14 and a half hours. Very manageable. However at 7 hours and 15 minutes in the vacuum pump went out and we couldnt stop the car. Broke down a few hundred miles away from home and a few hundred miles the other direction is our destination. Slept in a walmart parking lot for 3 hours until they opened until we showed up at 8 on the dot and explained the situation. The man in the front very quickly had a sense of urgency and quickly got our car in to be looked at and within 15 minutes they found the problem, had a price, and a time estimate for completion. Not only did they deliver on what they quoted, they were SPOT ON. The technician was very kind and well-spoken, and completed the task on the dot. Down to the very minute. These folks were very nice to us and my friend and i will never forget the kindness of every individual we spoke with during our chaotic adventure. Thank you so much! You guys CRUSHED it!! ?”
