Very helpful staff. Was quick and easy no high pressure sales. The manager was very good at explaining how to pay it off right so you don't pay too much. Was amazed at the amount of things you can rent to own!

Employees are super friendly, never had a problem with them if I needed to have a change in merchandise , and the manager worked with us at a snap of the finger !

Awesome place , a little small but just right i think for York , NE...If you do go , ask for store manager Tonya Taylor , she is super to help you find what youre looking for and at your budget too , well informed and knows her stuff ! Ill be a regular in the near future ! I got this portable Bluetooth speaker that comes with microphone and can go with most devices you might have , like phone , tv , computer i love it and if i want to i can trade or even upgrade to whatever , may it be tv , a home entertainment center with fake fireplace , furniture and more !

Love this place and all of the employees there...we have never had a bad experience, always willing to work with you and accommodate your needs and wants..the ONLY complaint i would have is haveing a better set time on delivery...I know they have a lot to do but so does everyone else,when it does arrive tho they are very friendly and helpful...

Horrible experience today!! Drove all the way there after speaking with the assistant manager after he told me that there was no problem with delivering to where I live.. well got there they took all my information and then all of a sudden stated that they couldn't deliver over 50 miles.. I was also told that I couldn't even have a contract even if I came and got the stuff myself which is ridiculous.. stop wasting people's time. I know an ace rent to own delivers to my location cause I have seen trucks here many times!!! Don't tell people one thing on the phone then have them drive all the way there to find out that they were just lied to..

Without Ace, I would be pretty much stuck in the dark ages on my income. If it's nice and I own it, it probably came from Ace. The staff has been super with me for a very long time and I am pretty much treated like family. Thanks Ace!!

Absolutely sucks you can't pay off anything because your bill doubles everytime you enter the store and you don't have to even buy anything it's a racket beware
