Pretty uncomfortable experience here. I came here almost a couple weeks ago, got some things. The cashier made small talk with me, but was pretty distracted by the time the transaction was supposed to be closing. I paid with my card as I always do, and it went through perfectly fine on my end. By that time, the cashier was either helping someone else with something or talking, I don't remember. But she wished me well, and I was on my way, noticing on my way out from the display that she had yet to close the sale on her end. I didn't think much of it, as clerks do that sometimes and just finish out of it when the next person walks up to the register.I came in today, and--as I'm pretty recognizable--she approached me, saying that my payment did not go through last time. I looked at her kind of suspiciously, and said that I'd be willing to run my card again for whatever it was. She said she didn't even remember what day it was, just that she remembered where I said I was going. I said, ok, if we can figure out what I had, I'll run my card for all of that again. Unphased by my willingness to make whatever went wrong turn out right, she told me, "well, since I didn't know who you were, I had to mark it as a drive-off." At this point, I'm thinking, ok, does she now think that I was trying to lift those items then?I guess I just don't understand what the plan was in approaching me. It obviously wasn't to have me pay for the items, as when that was my first reaction, they didn't have a plan for that. It also didn't seem to be to ask me to leave and no longer do business there, as that was never said to me either. As a business owner myself, I would never approach a customer about something if I didn't have a course of action I'd offer they take. Just telling them something like that to make them feel guilty for nothing is just stellar customer service, and very forward thinking business management.If the business is reading this--I looked back at my GPS records, I visited there on January 11th at about 12:20pm. My memory tells me that I got a bottle of Evian water, two five hour energies, a share size crunch bar, and a bag of Lay's potato chips. I'd be happy to come in again and pay for all of it, but with the way that was handled, I'll probably start parking at less convenient locations when I need things. Please train your employees on situations like these.

Came in to grab something to eat and to get some windshield washer fluid. Windshield fluid was marked $5.69 which is fine since I know you pay more for convenience but I got to the register and it rang up for $8.99. I asked why it rang up that price since it's marked at $5.69 and the cashier's response was "It's probably wrong then" with a snarky attitude. Definitely the last time I come here. Stay away if you want to be treated with any sort of decency.

I'd give them less than one star if I could. The two redneck idiots in front of me paid in change. So despite my standing in line for five minutes and despite my phone saying "12:58" by the time I got to the cashier, I was told that I couldn't buy a beer because it was "1:00" despite my phone's atomic clock stating that we had another two minutes to go before the cutoff. Y'all suck. Your stupid "alarm" is three minutes fast and your night cashier would be counting backwards if she counted any slower.

I got the biscuits and gravy with a slice of bacon. Used to be a favorite. Not this time. Biscuits were old and dry and bacon was overcooked. Hubby said breakfast burritos were disgusting. Very little filling and no flavor.

Dirty restrooms! They need to do a better job at keeping them clean. I opted to receive a receipt from my pay at the pump purchase, however I never received my copy due to no paper. I’ve been here a few times before, but I always would prefer to make the trip down the street to Casey’s!

Kitchen issues big time. I love the food here, but its really hit and miss lately if food is made right. I just hope they can rectify the issues so I can continue to go there. The help are generally friendly, especially one of the managers there.

It's a great place to get all your convenience shopping done. It's kept clean and the staff is friendly. You have GOT to try the NACHOS. Made fresh on demand and SOOOO DELICIOUS

Please I work hard for my money. Made a bad choice spending it on the breakfast burrito. You need someone that knows how to cook. It was just about the worst I've seen . Eggs watery & Hash browns still raw. Can't eat this lack of effort. Man grill all your grub together then use preheated tortillas so they fold easy and taste good. Edible! You can do way better butter cup.

Beware of the diesel island.... pump hose broke, Covered me and my truck in diesel. Made it 50 miles down the road and had to change fuel filters and clean pre filter screen.

Rude from the start. Acted as if I asked for something bizarre when purchasing shower, wouldnt get out of the doorway for me to enter it just ackward and weird. Then trying to buy a carton of cigarettes was a huge problem to quote a price? With a scanner? Odd place. Rude about menu pricing when I was overcharged and pointed it out to cashier. She got an attitude about it because she would not admit the menu said $2.99. Laughable but honestly grow up & act professional. Personal math weakness needs addressed. Especially if your job by definition is about numbers which will probably dwindle with flaky pricing and rudeness.
