“This is the eighth day of September 2022. Today I spoke with Carissa in the pharmacy. I’ve had a lot of trouble getting one prescription filled anywhere in town due to my health insurance not accepting the way my physician has written the script. Not only did Carissa take the time to locate me in her system, (because I thought I was not a CVS pharmacy customer in recent years), but she was so thoughtful and caring. She went the extra step to add my current insurance information into their system. When she learned that my particular prescription would cost quite a bit of money without using my health insurance plan, Carissa searched for ways to bring the cost down for me. She was patient, kind, focused, conscientious of my needs as a potential patient/customer.”
