“Well I’m going to start with this I’m a veteran did two tours to Iraq and since iv been home i have not felt this much respect from a individual when I walked here to get gas due to running out of fuel at cvs when I came in Vicki did the out most excellent customer service and I didn’t even half to ask or anything she offered to give me a ride so I wouldn’t half to walk I wish there was 100% more people like Vicki hopefully she is reading this and I wish you nothing but the best and I hope this review helps you hopefully advancement or a raise cause you definitely deserve it for what you did and I thank you for that and god bless”

“So, i stopped here this morning 2 get gas and a sandwich i had here a few months back. Omg, it was worthy of making u cry on a bitter cold day. When i got 2 the warming case and didnt see it, i was clearly looking confused and lady Kaley (or Karley) ASKED me what i was looking for. I described it...she told me it was a breakfast item as it was lunch and i just kept looking in the case. She then asked me if she could make it for me, FRESH, and i almost cried! I came here because im having a hard-time and it truly is the little things that can brighten a persons day. She advised me it would take about 5mins or so, i agreed. I went 2 pay for my drink, gas and sandwich and went outside 2 pump my gas. I looked up and she was walking it out 2 me without asking. Again, i almost cried. This is y im leaving this review BEFORE EVEN LEAVING THE GAS PUMP. In our society today (a lot of the time) people n customer service positions tend 2 4get that it can really affect a business by having poor customer service. And it truly doesnt take much more than a simple smile and being acknowledged 2 turn a customer's day 180°. Well, she did just this 4 me 2day. And she was equally as bright, helpful and accommodating the last time i stopped n here 3months ago. Idk, things like this make me drive 30mi out of my way just 2 get gas and snacks 2 b greeted and treated with basic human decency and respect.*this place makes my heart smile when it just wants 2 cry and give up*Yes, ms Kaley/Karley u truly had that affect on me 2day. I thank God that u were written n2 my day because u really renewed my lease on life. I pray ur days are plentiful and u r blessed without measure.??”

“This is a pretty good store. Convenient location. I like that it's within walking distance. They have the typical things of a pharmacy, photo area, makeup counter, and rows of everything else. It's kind of a bit on the outdated side of things. It probably could use a remodel but it's nothing terrible. They still have two Redbox machines outside which I occasionally rent new movies from. Overall I like this store enough to recommend it for occasionally things and trips.”

Always kept informed of the status of scripts and they always find a way to help if out of stock on a needed one. The staff are exceptional! “Lost my debit card there and didn't realize till the next day when I was out of town and needed to fill up on gas. I called them and someone had turned it in or someone found it anyways. To the person that did that, THANK YOU SO MUCH! This place is awesome great gas prices bathrooms are pretty clean and the staff is very friendly and caring. The fact that I had to id myself to get my card makes it an even better place!! To care that the card goes back to its owner and not some random person.”

“I visit this gas station mainly because I usually do my grocery shopping at Hy-Vee and it's really close to my apartment. I also like the fuel saver incentive. Before Hy-Vee built their own gas stations, they partnered with Casey's for the fuel saver program, and I believe they still do. Fast & Fresh isn't just a good place to get fuel, it's also a good place to get hot food. I was surprised by how good their hamburgers and pizza are. Their hot breakfast options are good too. I noticed that the Hy-Vee brand pie snacks are sold in the gas station but not the grocery store, and the Boston crème pie flavor is amazing. It's unfortunate that they had to change their pumps to prepay or credit card because of theft a few years ago, but that's all gas stations in Lincoln. I recommend either Hy-Vee's Fast & Fresh or Casey's for fuel to take advantage of fuel saver if you get groceries from Hy-Vee.”
“This is an older location but with the same Casey's brand. I grabbed a couple of slices of breakfast pizza, and the employee was very nice. The bacon breakfast pizza was very good too. I was in and out of the store within a couple of minutes, but it appeared to be clean around the pizza area. The floors had been freshly mopped as well.”
