I'm disappointed in the response of just thanking me for my feedback when I walked back to my car to put fuel in I fell in a sink hole with my whole foot on my way back to the pump after prepaying for my fuel. Eventhough I am a person that is disabled I managed to get out of the hole without breaking anything but walked away with a lot of stiffness and going to see a chiropractor to help put me back together I jarred everything on my right side. I have a child that I need to be able to get to her extra curricular activities and to be able to take care of her. I really hope you get this fixed before another person falls in and gets hurt worse.

it's a gas station and mini mart. not a lot to say really. it's clean. I've never gotten sick eating the food they make and all employee's but one grumpy old lady in the morning are very helpful and nice
Parking: pull right up and park at the store entrance
Kid-friendliness: they don't mind kids
Wheelchair accessibility: you can easily get a wheelchair into the store

Gas pumps work for pay at the pump MAYBE 40% of the time. I think the last time I was able to get an actual receipt at the pump was 2018. They are not "convenient" at all.

Every time I order a pizza from here its never ready on time. If you order a pizza, go an hour after whatever time they told you it would be done. Also check your boxes because I’ve been handed the wrong order multiple times.

They really messed up our pizza it took 2 times to get it right. But the person making it was learning so got to give them that she was trying and the 3rd time she got it right ya have to give her credit she was learning

I tried calling the cases and Waverley Nebraska for a 1/2 hour to order a pizza nobody answered the phone so we went elsewhere too bad so sad

This is an older location but with the same Casey's brand. I grabbed a couple of slices of breakfast pizza, and the employee was very nice. The bacon breakfast pizza was very good too. I was in and out of the store within a couple of minutes, but it appeared to be clean around the pizza area. The floors had been freshly mopped as well.

I used to go to this. Waverly Casey's all the time. I've been going here for years and recently it has gone downhill fast. It's very obvious that there has been a management change and it wasn't a good one. All of the staff has changed and now they aren't trained and they're always on their phone and they're not very polite. They make it seem like it's an inconvenience to have to serve you. For a while. They were even sitting on chairs. I've tried to talk to the manager but didn't get positive feedback. I don't know if she cares. I haven't gone in weeks and I drive by every day on my way to and from work and it makes me sad. Now I have to go out of my way to go to a place that is not on my way to work and I miss Casey's being my place to go. But they have Lost my respect and therefore my business. I really miss the old management and staff.

Theyre Really struggling at the Waverly Ne Casey's. When you have to walk across the store to the beer cooler to get refrigerated food for making pizza, it's no wonder they can't have pizzas ready in time. Missed orders, late completion, lack of engagement by employees. Culture is suffering. They need to get this one updated like all the others.

Only three out of four gas pumps working and no paper for receipts, and in this instance the machine even knows that I have to go inside for a receipt so I'm going to assume that this is intentional at this point.

I've been going to Waverly Casey's for years. Recently a worker the charges me for a large on my medium mug. Sunday went in for lottery and the blonde worker was on her phone and ignored me. I left without being waited on.

Every time you call to order a pizza the wait time is over an hour. Short hair lady that works in morning is one of the most unfriendly humans I have come across. Gas pump out of paper for receipt. One of the worst Casey’s in the state. Won’t ever return.

GREAT little convenience store. It has some of the best selections of chips that you could imagine! Good beer selection along with hard liquor. This place sells everything you need to get a good buzz on. If you need booze and chips go to Casey's
