“They are really kind and communicative. I appreciate their quoting and documentation system. They aren't expensive, but they aren't cheap - they charge a reasonable price for quality work. They will level with you and help you make decisions depending on your goals with your vehicle. I trust them to advise, at least far as I could throw them. More than you can say about a lot of shops. I been down to my bottom dollar paying for stuff I don't need on a niche vehicle because I don't have any other option before, and that's not what's happening here. Some others take advantage of the opportunity to do a little extra work here and there, or do less work and make more money by replacing "the whole thing" instead of a small component of a part that takes more time but costs less, and I don't get the impression they're out to take advantage of anyone or they are lazy. They are thorough as you want them to be and put things in terms you can understand, meeting you where you are at. Overall, glad I chose them. “Great service, great craftsmanship, and reasonably priced. I didn't think a place like this still existed. If you need your car or truck repaired, you'd be foolish to not take it here, but expect you'll get scheduled about a week later, give or take a few days depending on the time of year and what's is needing to be fixed.
A rare find! A great automotive shop that's run and owned by a truly wonderful couple. An honest mechanic and his super nice wife who runs the office and keeps things running smoothly and on-time. I had no ride back when I dropped off the car today and she was so nice she offered me a ride back while my car was being worked on. Bill is extremely knowledgeable, capable and competent as you would expect from a seasoned mechanic and actually does what's in the best interest of the customer and their car and he doesn't try to up-sell services at all!
Lisa, who runs the office, communicates very clearly and let's you know that they will 1st diagnose your cars issue(s) and then call you for specific "permission to proceed" with whatever repairs are needed. AND... she says, "we will not begin any repairs without your say so... so make sure you answer your phone or your car will just sit there without any work done to it".
If you know you need repairs done, best to call and get scheduled ASAP! Because they're often booked up for a week or more!”
