US DOT 73237 & VIN 2N035176 just about ran multiple vehicles off the road on interstate 680 in Omaha by driving for about a mile between 2 different lanes. I thought it was by mistake at first and honked my horn quickly just to get the driver to pay attention. That didn't work, making me wonder if they were doing this on purpose. There is construction and construction workers in the area as well. This was a very dangerous situation.
