This is a family business that I wholly trust. I have been doing business with them since 2015. I'm positive that I sometimes annoy Doug with stupid questions and last minute requests but he always takes it in stride and gets me fixed up. The only thing that won't suck about Doug retiring someday is that he has passed the same values and work ethic onto his sons.

The people I spoke with were always very courteous and kind. The process was explained to us very clearly. Install was quick and my yard didn't get torn up, which isn't always the case. Bought a new House they installed the sprinkler system- adapter broke and they came out to fix it- got my water bill for 965 dollars- they told me they weren't responsible since they consider that settling. I simply stated im not asking you to pay for the water bill but i shouldnt have to pay for 600 dollars in water that i didnt use because of your bad install- the lady kept claiming that they dont cover for faulty equipment and that i was SOL

I called 10 other companies in the Omaha area to work on my backflow preventer - nobody else would even look at it given some complexities with my irrigation system. The Alternate Rain team was responsive and tackled the problem, fixing the issue quickly and professionally. Let me tell you how lovely it is to work directly with the owners and their sons! We had an amazing experience from start to… install. Their plumber is a magician and the installers were great. No complaints at all, only compliments from me!! Price is also great, we have a corner and a fence so of course we needed a lot of heads, I imagined that meant lots more money but it was very reasonable! Five stars all day long!!

Alternate rain is a great company. They are family owned and I was very impressed with them with the installation and even a repair they did because of a contractor hitting the line. I would use them over any other company... Thank you for being so good!!!! I called the main number to tell them what a great person I had fix our sprinkler system and I later learned that was his mother.

I highly recommend the Alternate Rain team! They installed the sprinkler system at our house and did a fantastic job! They were extremely knowledgeable, worked with me to determine the location of my controller, and took the time to answer my questions!The biggest thing for me was they were very considerate of the drain tile I had already laid in place. They took the time to hand dig the sprinkler lines where it crossed my drains and even helped me make some adjustments to a couple drains so that they drained properly.Everyone was very nice and extremely professional! Doug Made a problem disappear quickly and easily , my old sprinkler system parts failed and were leaking gave Alternate Rain a Call explained the importance of my problem Doug came out personally 5 days earlier then what his schedule was allowing and replaced everything within a hour ! Highly recommend !

Highly recommend. I had issues with my sprinkler in my brand new house. After a couple calls and voice message, the owner called me back and came and fixed the issue the same day. At spring start up of my system I noticed a leak at the back flow preventer. I called several companies in town, they are booked out at least a month. I happened to see "Alternate Rain" company trucks doing an install on a new home, I stopped by to talk to them and ask if they do repairs. Troy, the owners son was professional and helpful. He showed me what parts I needed, and tried to talk me through the repair myself. I was not successful, so I called the office and scheduled the repair to be done in just a matter of days. I was so impressed that they have found a new customer in Bennington.
