I was just charge $80 for $25-30 in air filters (retail) which I unfortunately agreed to when they called and said both air filter were very dirty. That means they had the air filters out as a part of their basic service but I was charged $20 labor for the cabin filter replacement (basically for opening the box). The service was fine, explanation of charges were not. I was expecting a mark up from retail, maybe 50% but not 250-300% (from retail). That is crazy.

We have been bringing our families Tahoe to this service center for frequent oil changes since we moved to town 2 years ago. Have never had an issue with the service until Mel has now left or transferred locations. We got our Tahoe back and a week later I checked the fluids and found the air intake filter box left open with no filter in place. My vehicle has been driven over 350 miles in dusty conditions without an air filter in place. There is a picture of the filter removed in their "review" of the appointment. Oreilys had the filter in stock and was able to get one installed that night. They now are too worried about selling me fluid changes rather than making sure my vehicle is put back together. I had an issue on one of my service trucks with the oil cap being left off at their downtown location. Mel in Wahoo made it right and cleaned up the engine bay and got me a new cap. It looks as if this location is headed in the same direction. The extra money for convenience does not out weigh the risk of them touching my vehicle. I will be buying the oil and filter for half the price at Oreilys to make sure the job gets done correctly. The customer service at this location is no longer friendly unless you are changing all of your fluids off color samples along with your shocks because they have surface rust.

I blew a tire down by Chips yesterday and was able to limp it over to Walkers. They brought my car right in and tried to put the donut on until today when I had more time for a full replacement. The donut didn't fit, so they put one new tire on and let me bring her back in this morning for the additional tire. We also decided last minute to do all 4 tires, and I expected the other 2 tires to be rescheduled, but Walkers was able to accommodate right away. I was in and out in under an hour. I really appreciate their prompt service and accommodations!

They fit me right in on a late afternoon for an alignment after getting a new vehicle in Omaha. They noticed a very loose ball joint that the tech at the dealership lazily and loosely put on after changing a strut. Definitely saved me from a road ditch!

I would like to let everyone know of my experience today at this location. I took my vehicle in to have a tire patched. They did patch my tire, however, in the process they caused all of my tire sensor's to be inoperative. When I dropped my vehicle off this morning 3 of the 4 tire sensors worked just fine with the exception of the rear right sensor (which I knew was bad/not reading the tire psi). When I picked up my vehicle after they fixed the tire none of my tire sensor's are reading at all. I was told "they shouldn't have plugged in and hit the LEARN function". With them doing that they caused all the sensor's to be inoperative. Also, I was told that I now have another sensor on the rear left tire that is bad. It was NOT bad when I took my vehicle to them this morning. Keep in mind I took the vehicle in to have the Front Left tire patched only...not to have ANY work done on the tire sensor's. I was told they are NOT going to do anything about it for me. I just paid $25 to have one tire patched and 3 sensor's broken. NOT OK WITH ME. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with Walker Tire in Wahoo, however, I can assure you it will be the last. I just wanted to share my bad experience with everyone so they may avoid having a bad experience like I just did.Kevin
