The process was so easy. I traded my truck for a 2024 Colorado. Not only did the transaction go smoothly, but Spencer spent a lot of time with me in the truck to make sure I understood all the features. With all the bells and whistles on my new ride, it was greatly appreciated. The one thing I wish the finance guy would understand is that when I say 'no thank you' to add ons, that would be enough. I had to repeat myself multiple times and eventually say, "Let's move on, I'm not interested."

Terrible dealership and a terrible experience. This place is a textbook example of shady, lying used car dealers. We should have realized this place was a joke when we were literally the only customers in the place looking to buy a vehicle the entire time we spent there. Spencer was our salesmen and he obviously had no clue about anything on the vehicle we were looking at purchasing (even though he tried to appear that he did). Claimed he didn't realize the rims were bad until it got to their store in Wahoo that morning yet was able to pull up an email with rim options for that vehicle from days before, so clearly he knew the rims had issues. They absolutely refused to make a deal and wanted top dollar for a used vehicle that had some cosmetic issues. He even tried to convince us to sign a purchase agreement contract before we had all the details from financing like we had requested multiple times and seemed quite put out that we weren't stupid enough to sign a purchase agreement on a vehicle we weren't sure if we were purchasing yet. The finance guy took FOREVER to do anything with our application, sat in his office visiting with someone else for awhile instead of working on our application so we could make an informed decision, and Spencer just wandered around and would occasionally come over to tell us "he's getting closer to being done" but it was obvious he had never even went in to the finance guy to see how it was going, we had sat there watching them both from Spencer's desk the whole time. After stringing us along for literally hours we finally had enough and walked out and Spencer even poked his head in to the finance guy and was nonchalant stating "hey they're out" as we walked out the door. Clearly, they were not interested in selling a vehicle that day and we were more than happy to take our business elsewhere. Their tactics are unprofessional and downright rude and I will never set foot in their dealership again. I highly recommend that others avoid them! If you do go, be prepared, stand up for yourself and don't take their crap! If they don't want to make a deal then walk out. Don't let them waste your time like they did ours!

Unfortunately our drive from Omaha was not worth the time. Our trade in had issues but they didn't even seem interested in talking through options. Stay closer to home if in Lincoln and Omaha, you will get the same deal and save the time.

We were treated with the upmost respect and courtesy throughout our whole transaction. The sales staff was very knowledgeable of all of the Chevrolet and other vehicle, accessories and tools. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called four times over the course of an eight hour day to speak with the body shop. After the fourth call, we called right back and asked if anyone was alive in the body shop. We were then told they closed the Wahoo body shop over a month ago. So we then asked why they knowingly transferred our call to the body shop four times knowing that noone was going to answer? No answer, just dead air...... It's hard to find good help these days.

I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a vehicle as I did at the Sid Dillon dealership in Wahoo, NE.!!! All I can say is... it was PERFECT! My sales person was Justice, and his genuine enthusiasm and disposition made the car buying process a really pleasant experience... NO pressure or stress at all! He did everything he could to make the experience as smooth and quick as possible, so as not to take up a lot of my time as so often happens with other dealerships. ALL of my paper work was filled out ahead of time and there were no "surprise charges" from the price we agreed upon.
The sales manager, Scott, also treated in the same manner as Justice... straight forward talk, very, very pleasant and again no stress or pressure in any way. They, BOTH, were extremely patient in answering any and all questions I had.
I also have to mention that I originally shopped for my car (2024 Chevy Traverse Z71) in my home area of Omaha, but each time I found a local match, the dealerships said that they would only sell me the car if I agreed to numerous other conditions... $1900 for undercoating/ rust protection, $200 for nitrogen in tires, $500 for plastic door and side mirror guards, and I would have to finance the Traverse through GM even though I wanted to pay CASH!
Again, all I can say is that if you truly want honest and straight talk, and a REALLY enjoyable car buying experience, then Sid Dillon in Wahoo is the place to go. It's definitely worth the short drive out to Wahoo.
