Akal Travel Center is a nifty place with a new, clean, and spacious building. It offers some of the best and cheapest fuel prices on I-80 in Nebraska. The location provides ample overnight parking for truckers, including fuel pumps for both trucks and reefers. The cashier is noted as friendly and efficient. However, the gravel driveway and parking lot are very rough, and the gas pumps can be a little weird. It is described as a great, quiet spot for truckers to rest.
