“Our car unfortunately got stuck in the driveway, and a driver named Ben tried to dig it out and eventually just had to use the tow truck but he did all he possibly could. He was very very nice, helpful, all around a great guy and we appreciate him so much. Triple A told us they canceled our request because they don't understand how we got our car stuck in the driveway...awful”

“Cold and snowy morning and went out to defrost my car and clean all of the snow off, not realizing that I left my key fob inside of the car. The car auto locked itself. I called several locksmiths and due to the "snow emergency" it was going to be a minimum of $150 and up to an hour wait. By chance called Everett and he said he could do it and he'd be up in 5-10 minutes and he'd do it for $45.
