“In complete shock at the customer service and ease of dealing with this financial institution. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for 20 years and they scathed at me when asking for a debt consolidation loan. I walked into Centris randomly yesterday and after an hour I was a member, switched over all my banking and received the much needed loan. “Have never had really any bad issues. Been banking here for MANY yrs. Most have been very nice. Afew of drive up window ppl have not been overly friendly both at 23rd and down town. But have other great staff at window super friendly, happy, respectful. 1 gal inside my mom and I work with is A++.. go prince. Lol, she knows who she is. Fremont NE. 1 issue is online open time is not correct. Was their and window says 8am open online says 7:30am.”

“Nice employees and no issues at this branch. Best of the local branches by far. Pinnacle Bank can be a difficult bank to deal with but when you go here instead of calling the 800 number you get personalized service. I only recommend Pinnacle if you use this branch.”

“This is my bank. I am posting this for clarification, because people have not been fair in these reviews. My monthly fee is three dollars. There is a fee for going negative for a specific period of time, that is about thirty dollars. I have had issues before with this bank, but i have never felt that the staff disregarded them. This bank is as capable and cordial as any of its competitors. Thank you.”
“Hannah at this location has superb customer service skills. She clearly explained an overdraft fee to me and resolved my issue all while teaching me something new so I don't make the same mistake again in the future. They have been very helpful throughout the several years I have banked with them. Highly recommend!”
