We ordered pizza and the guy on the phone was rude. Then we called 45min later and the pizza was just sitting there because DoorDash didn’t grab it. Nobody notified us. We picked it up and once again the pizza was not good. Idk what is going on with their kitchen but their pizza not only tastes different (not good) than any other cases but they mess up my order 80% of the time. I’ve tried to call multiple times over the yr to get my money back but the manager was not in and never called back. They need to get their kitchen under control.

Taco pizza is amazing and staff is wonderful!
Update: pizza is repeatedly awful. No longer worth it. Nothing more than crust layered with a thin layer of barely traceable sauce and minimal toppings that you can’t even taste anything except for crust. Used to be delicious. Absolutely ?? now.

This store sucks. They didn't have the cola I wanted. Grabbed Pepsi. The cashiers were rude and just complained about work. Three of them. If I could I'd give them zero stars.

If there was an option for zero stars I would have used it. Everytime I visit this store, the line to check out is clear around the store and only 1 cashier working. What happened? This used to be the best place to pick up items quick, now its at least 15 minutes to pay for purchases. Come on Caseys get it together. I have all but given up trying to buy pizza or anything else there. The case is mostly empty any time of day, and I dont have 20 minutes to wait for something to be prepared.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Absolutely the WORST Casey's I've ever been too. None of them are exceptional but this one is exceptionally bad. 15 people in line one cashier, the other outside smoking. Rude kitchen staff. If I Absolutely have to have something to eat from there I will drive from valley to elkhorn and back.

This is the worst Casey's I have ever been to and it never used to be. It's gross, the employees will make you stand and wait while the smoke outside, and half of the gas pumps are always our of order with overflowing trash cans and unfilled window washing stations. The worst part is it's the only place in town, so we go to this dump of a Casey's or all the way out to the nearest truck stop. Starting to think it's worth the drive to the truck stop.

Why do your gas pumps never work. My husband and myself have had several issues with the pumps not accepting the chips on our cards. I will not go back here for gas. I will now use Loves or Travis.
