They could have went ahead and changed the oil and charged us, but they were honest and said the oil still looked brand new and we didn't really need an oil change yet. I'll be back when it is due next.”

“My daughter lives in Fremont and had a tire that kept going low. I told her to have WalMart fix it while she was shopping. They said they couldn't do it because the lug nuts were swollen (Yes - it's a think on some Fords. Happened on another daughtes car too). So we got an appt at Freeway. I was expecting it to be over $100 but they were able to fix it for $20. Will have her go there for any future needs. Don't waste your time with other places. “Needed an oil change as I am visiting from AZ so I came here since my uncle Jeff is a technician. Everyone was very pleasant and answered any questions I had. They even went as far as to find a coupon for the oil change since we found out the free oil change I had remaining was dealership specific. I didn't mind and very much appreciated the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Definitely will come here for future service needs when I visit!”

“Had a fuel issue with my van and wanted it checked over for a trip. Bud called and told me that it was not a fuel issue but a power steering issue that caused the problem with the emissions. There were also other problems that needed fixing but he advised not putting any more money into the car. He included pictures of all the problems that they found. I agreed and went to pick it up and there was no charge. I recommend using them if you ever have a problem.Service: Auto emissions testing”

There was an open line of communication through the entire process and the entire repair was painless. I was absolutely blown away when, after picking up my vehicle, the interior was also vacuumed and the exterior washed. “Always do a good job and when you ask for a specific oil or a different filter then their standard they use your preferred product even if they have to get it off the shelf. Now don't get me wrong you still have to pay for the difference from the standard and what you want used but worth the money from the low end product and the best worth it to protect your investment of your vehicle.”
