“I don't typically leave reviews but I felt the need to here. I'm currently on a cross country road trip, unfortunately on the 1st quarter of the trip I received a check engine light on my 14" VW Passat TDI. VW Dealer diagnosed it as a NOx Sensor issue an wanted to replace the CAT along with it for 1700$. I did not have those funds and was on a time constraint due to spending money on a hotel. Most places around had a wait time of a week+ which I could not afford to do.
Cordel FM was able to get my car in same day and out later that evening. They decided to only change the NOx sensor first in case that alone was the issue which would save money. Cordel FM got my car back on the road with no check engine light for a fraction of what VW Dealer wanted. Appreciate the guys there so much, there work will allow me to continue my trip through the states!”
“Originally talked to someone at the Sid Dillon Chevy dealership who connected me with Andrew. During our conversation we discussed pricing for a Yukon which we weren’t overly thrilled with, however over the next 5 hours I had the best car buying experience ever.
When we arrived Andrew sat us down and talked to us about why exactly we wanted the Yukon. After that discussion he handed us over to Britney who showed us two different trim packages and did an excellent job explaining the differences and going over the buying options. Explained the different monthly payments according to terms and money down.
After we accepted and chose our trim package we were handed off to Johnny who took us through all the loan application, financing and warranty options. He was the most honest and transparent person in vehicle financing I have ever met. Did an excellent job with helping us choose our warranty as well.
Finally, I spoke to Sid Dillon who was very unassuming and welcoming. I just thought he was another car buyer making conversation; he asked me why that vehicle, my profession and was extremely nice.
Overall; we were upsold, bought the warranties and increased our monthly payment and we couldn’t be happier.”
“Needed to get a battery, went in, purchased, and they installed it in a jiffy. Great customer service. The so called " Advanced" competition down the street was horrific. Your team actually answered a few questions and were respectful and helpful. The competition needs " Advanced " training in smiling and customer service. Guy was a huge Richard there. Will only get automotive things here moving forward!”

“Let me just say this is why I love a small town. I bought a vehicle a few weeks ago. One of my keys was stolen. Martin that sold me the car pulled some strings and got me in the shop same day to get the keys replaced. They have definitely earned all my business. I 100% will be doing more business with them. Thanks again Martin in Sales and of course the service department!!! They made my day ?”

My only complaint is that I haven't been going there FOREVER!!!”

“Always do a good job and when you ask for a specific oil or a different filter then their standard they use your preferred product even if they have to get it off the shelf. Now don't get me wrong you still have to pay for the difference from the standard and what you want used but worth the money from the low end product and the best worth it to protect your investment of your vehicle.”
“Typically pretty good about getting you in. Wait times can be a bit long, but a helpful place to stop if you’re having tire problems. Normal pricing. Doesn’t try to upsell everything under the sun.”
