I was visiting the area from out of town and had need for a repair. The team at Premium were able to help me super quick and get me back on the road. I forgot to take my receipt and Savanah sent me a text with photos so I had a record of the repair. Was so grateful for what Premium did to help me.

On a road trip back from Deadwood, SD in a snow storm. The plastic shield under my car cracked and was dragging on the ground. They helped me get back on the road in less than 10 minutes and wouldn’t accept any payment. Thank you!!!

I travel to Valentine for work, but live 3ish hours away. When I my vehicle unexpectedly experienced a problem and my check engine light started flashing, I was truly in a pickle. Beginning with my phone call to Performance, it couldn’t have gone better. My wait for the tow was less than 30 minutes. My driver, Mike, was helpful, personable and made the ride into Valentine easy peasy. Their shop bays and front office were spacious and they had a waiting area for me that was very comfortable. Dan, the owner, took time to speak with several of my family members over the phone about the needed repairs, and made me feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I had expected to be forced to leave my car in Valentine for nearly a week, but the shop was able to make the repairs/replace needed parts and have me on the road the same day. Every person I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly! The charges were very reasonable and it was fixed the same day!!! Except for my vehicle not breaking down at all, it couldn’t have been a better experience.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Any time I need something done they work me in. Had an issue come up with tires on my pickup and they got them in and installed within 24hrs. The owners are great and the tech, Austin, is extremely knowledgeable! This is a great place to get work done on anything with a motor!Services: Steering & suspension repair

I've used Premium Automotive for over a year now and have never been disappointed, its a locally owned business ran by a great family who always make you feel welcome when you walk through the door, who share great communication when worrying about your vehicle, I won't take my vehicle anywhere else as long as i live in the area!
