I paid for 398lbs hanging weight and took home just over 100lbs of cuts. They blamed the cow. However they were supposed to call me to ask how I wanted it cut and never did and never called back when I called. When I got ahold of them she said they just did a general cut which also got me upset. I will never do business with them again.

This place is the best. Amazing ownership and fantastic service. And the meat? Some of the best you can find. If you haven't tried their cured pork chops, hamball meat (ask for a hamball recipe) or their jalapeno bacon, you're missing out. This place is a gem of Southeast Nebraska.

The meat is good but remember to bring your checkbook because they will add 3% to the sale total if you use a debit card. Remember to go before or after lunchtime because they are closed.
