Lady seemed very irritated when being ask if their store carried a certain product. Ridiculous to say the least. Maybe you should express patience and be happy people actually want to spend money in your store.

I live in the Syracuse area and get to the hardware store about once a month. Today I was looking for mice traps and dimmable lightbulbs. I've been looking in Lincoln in the hardware stores, but to no luck could I find anything. I stopped in at the hardware store in Syracuse and they had just what I needed. They usually have many of the hard to find stuff that I can't find in the stores in Lincoln.It's well worth your trip to stop at the Do It Best Hardware store in Syracuse.
