Was a client here for years worked with Lanny for years since he passed I called about having Nate do our taxes and they stated they are not taking any “new clients” I asked even though we were a client of Lanny’s and she stated ya were full. Very disappointing after doing business with them for years.

I'm generally don't leave reviews but I will on this one.
I always file my own taxes but this year it was different so I emailed my w-2 to these guys. I simply needed them to look at it and let me know what was wrong. After ONE MONTH I had called numerous times, stopped into the office twice and every time they said they would call me back and never did...after one month. They asked for my number every single time. I took my business elsewhere. But that was just ridiculous. I have worked in retail/customer service for 10 years....and that was very poor customer service on their end.

Horrible service. They did my tax returns 3 times and they flubbed it up every single time. They wanted me to pay upfront this year. It just seemed like it was always something with them. Poor management.
