My son and daughter ordered flowers from here for their wedding. They paid for them in advance. My son ended up getting sick and having emergency surgery on the day of their wedding. My daughter-in-law told them the situation and they would not give them a refund or give the flowers to her, even though they were already paid for. They were rude and did not even try to work something out. Do not use this company, they do not have any business ethics.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a specific floral bouquet for my friend's 70 th birthday and it did not look anything like it. It should have had lavender roses & there were no roses. Instead they filled in with daisies which cheapened the look. It was a mess. I also paid extra for delivery & my friend picked it up because they could not accommodate delivery after my friend specifically called to try to arrange another time as she would not be home all day. Totally dissatisfied.
