The place should just be dismantled completely. Please remove those carpets,..they are very nasty..looks like a third world country. It stings too much. Buy new beddings too. Replace the couches too. Just redo the entire place. If you cant,..then replace the carpets, beddings, towels, couches probably that will help with the bad sting.I was so disappointed after l learnt my sweetheart had already paid ,..l cried the first night we arrived. It was traumatizing. Not sure whether my sweetheart had closed eyes wen booking this place. I wouldn't recommend it.Rooms: Dirty

Although the Park Motel may not be the Ritz. It is a perfect place to camp out a few days, and enjoy plenty of outdoor activities. It’s a place to kick off your shoes, and hang your hat. There is a tv, refrigerator, microwave, beds, and a bathroom. What more does an old hillbilly need. The owners are the nicest most wonderful people as well

They would constantly change the price. If you gave them more money than what you would owe they would not give the change back. Turns out they aren't even supposed to doing business because they had sold it. At first they were nice. Very old rooms and not updated what so ever. There is an advertised laundry room that you can't use because of their insurance.

The room was gross, the carpet was filthy. Every light fixture was rusted. The bed lamp shades were covered in dust. The shower was maybe 30x30, dark, mold/mildew everywhere (did not use). Beds are old and linens had holes, mattresses are well used. The toilet and sink were clean. Worst stay ever!

I do not reccomend anyone stay here, not even for a quick sleep to get back on the road. Place is extremely under whelping to say the least. Upon arrival the room was ice cold. The only thing to heat the room was a small space heater that stopped working in the middle of the night. It was very dirty, smelt like they tried to hide the musty smell with bleach. Spider webs all over the place, the comforter had yellow stains all over it. I can only assume it's urine and was a blood stain on the pillowcase. The TV has to be from the 90's and for 58 dollars a night ide just take the drive to North platte and enjoy a nice hotel. Wish I could post the pics

The owners are very friendly, easy to work with and kept my room available for me when I was bonding back and forth between job sites. Great weekly, rates. Perfect for anyone wanting to spend a few days in the area or for construction workers looking for a reasonable place to stay. But if you want the beautiful suite in a high dollar motel this is not the place for you.But myself personally I will give my business to a family owned motel before I will a big motel chain.

Where to begin... This place was $60 for one night, and that was $60 too much. A bed that was clearly designed during the Stone Age (and trust me when I say it would be more comfortable to sleep on an actual stone slab), dollar store thumb tacks holding down the linoleum in the bathroom, locks on the door that the Big Bad Wolf with pneumonia and a smoker’s cough would have no problem blowing down, so much mold on the walls that one could probably whip up a batch of penicillin (which is super convenient because you’ll probably need a dose or two after staying in this place), and so much rust on the sink that a tetanus shot is likely a must. Also, you’ll get a nice view of the local wildlife when you inevitably find a spider the size of a 1975 Buick in the shower. Save your money, and stay at a Motel 6.

Nasty bathroom, overpriced, broken bed. Microwave didn't work without flipping the power strip off. Throwback to the 70's needs to be updated. 69$ for a tiny old room

Small place, rustic but very clean. Trains go by often but not enough to cause an issue. I would rather stay with the smaller places, than big companies.
