“The mechanic I used take my car to retired, so I was looking for a new one to take my care too consistently. My car just crossed over the 100k mark so I wanted to have a trustworthy mechanic to get as much life out of my car as possible. I did some research and I got an oil change somewhere else at first and they gave me a pretty expensive quote after an inspection that I was a little dubious of.I wanted to get another opinion and my gf recommended I see Harold at GH Auto Repair. It turned out there were some things that needed replaced on my car, but the other company had those items priced much higher, and they also had additional things in the quote that weren't necessary.It's super refreshing to find an honest mechanic who does timely and very high quality work, especially in an industry that can be as shady as Automotive work. Harold also showed me all the old parts that he replaced which is really nice in an effort of full transparency.I highly recommend Harold at GH Auto Repair. “I stopped in to Haver's this morning just to get some air in my tires. The two gas stations I stopped at first drained air because their compressors weren't working/on, so it made my issue worse. I stopped in and they got me into a bay in 2min, made personable conversation, and got me out of there in the next 5min no charge. It's so refreshing to find an Auto Repair shop that actually cares about people and not making an extra dollar. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!”

“Was eating lunch in Papillion and went out to get in truck. Flat rear tire. Drove over to Firestone and they looked at it and said replace only. I replied do you sell Goodyear. Their response was no but they could order one. I asked who was the nearest Goodyear and they said Jensen tire. I drove over to Jensen they got my truck right in and patch the tire that was flat and Firestone was replaced only. It was Friday afternoon and I was rushing to finish my day. Thank you Jensen tire. Omaha Transmission was on the cheaper side, but they had the best warranty and price combination. After reading reviews, I know they were the best shop to do the work I needed. They were quick and friendly. They made me feel like they knew me personally every time I stopped in. They certainly have my recommendation!”

“Had a great experience! Elijah was very helpful :) Never been to a place that included pictures with their reports which was nice. Got an oil change that will last 5000K miles and saved a lot vs going to Firestone or the dealership for a regular oil change. Environment was the cleanest auto place I've been to and they even had snacks!”

“This is my first review ever for anything and I just wanted to say thank you for such a pleasant experience! I’m in town for the month for work and had to get new tires. I couldn’t get them in time before my trip so I had to get them in Omaha. I decided on Jensen Tire & Auto South 144th due to the location being close to my hotel and the great reviews. Lemme tell ya, they definitely live up to the reviews! I made it a bit earlier than my appointment time and when I walked in I was greeted immediately and they knew who I was, I didn’t even have to introduce myself! They made me feel welcomed while I was there and I really appreciated the great customer service I received! On top of that - I’ll be leaving Omaha with some great souvenirs (my tires)!”

“I have always took my cars into aamco since 1988 in Lincoln Ne. I haven't had one bad experience. I moved to Omaha and took it to the aamco there and had the same experience there. It might cost a little more but it's always guaranteed and I always have customer satisfaction and I get to talk to a person. These days a lot of businesses don't care about that anymore.”

“I go to Brakes Plus on 10050 S 71st Plaza in Papillion, Ne.I thought I needed brakes since my front tire area was squeaking, Brakes Plus offered a free look see, so I scheduled it for Saturday (today) came in at 10AM they took keys and did the inspection, came out and yes I did need them at least on the rear the front were ok but were getting to the point of needing them. I had a quote from another place that wanted over 1200.00 for brakes and rotors. Tires Plus (Jalen Hill)beat the price by a good amount I asked when I could make an appointment they said I could do it today. Great! Got it done and now Im happy and worry free on brakes for another 5 years.Great people great store, this is my 2nd time here, the first time was for my Subaru, this time for my Dodge Ram 1500.
