Horrible service , horrible staff don't follow there actual regulations they have in place. My car blocked the mail box for one day. They started holding my mail without giving a notice then im suppose to get a package ive been waiting for since may and it gets delivered and they send it back the same day?!?! What happened to holding mail for “10” days. Idk who is in charge of hiring these people. They are rude and its obvious they are racist. Also i have a mail box next to my door that they can also put my mail in but the rude employee said “they arent allowed to get out of mail car” when i have people on my street that get there mail in there!?!?!

Wendy is very rude, did not take me serious nor was helpful. She gave me attitude from the start just because I am a young minority. When I was asking for help and trying to explain my mailing situation, she looked down on me and looked at me as if I was d**** Her and her coworker were looking at me and talking about me too. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Was surprised that Wendy’s attitude and tone changed when she helped the Caucasian gentleman behind me.

Placed pre-paid envelope in blue mailbox, receipient still haven't received 3 weeks later. USPS is garbage. Ship other ways.

I called this office because I couldn’t get ahold of the Sioux City office, and most locations were already closed for the day. I called to see if they could edit or cancel a change of address request that I did online because I realized I made a mistake. I think the phone only rang 1 time before the employee answered, and right away he sounded very genuine and eager to help. Since it was the South Sioux office and the change of address involved Sergeant Bluff and Sioux City, he wasn’t able to look up my change of address. However, he helped me in every other way possible - gave me the numbers and hours of the locations to go to, and that my issue CAN actually be fixed once I go there. I feel SO much better about the issue now than I did before the phone call and he wasn’t even able to fix my problem!!! Now THAT is what you call great customer service!!!!!

I've never really had a bad experience here before. The employees are very knowledgeable explaining the different types of shipping options and insurance options. The woman I bought stamps from today was very nice and even let me pick out my stamp design. At the moment (January 2019) they have an adorable 8ft snowman made out of shipping boxes and such. It's really cool. Now sometimes the woman who actually delivers our mail is kinda a Grinch and does if there's a trash can in the driveway (NOT blocking the mailbox at all) and I swear if there's a dusting of snow in the street she passes us, too. But that's really not the 'post office's' fault; just the carrier. P.O. Boxes available 24/7. Decent parking. And this location is a Pokestop!
