Change the hours if your not open at 9 on a Sunday. Sat in the drive thru forever even tried calling the store and this was at 9:45.

I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but at 3 PM on 328. The gentleman work in the drive-through has the best customer service I have ever experienced at any fast food restaurant.

Terrible experience due to bad management of time and order. I placed an mobile order at 5:50 PM to pick up at 6:30 PM. When I got there, my order wasn't ready. The first person I talked to asked for my name and said they were working on it, and then another one asked if it was for DoorDash. After 15 minutes, the first person came back and asked for my name AGAIN. Seriously? During this time, they served a customer dining in, a DoorDash driver, and someone in the drive-thru. No way these ppl had placed their orders before I did. The staffs missed my order somehow and made me wait for 20 minutes eventhough I ordered 40 minutes in advanced. Guess I would have been served faster if I just had used the drivethru. They even forgot one of the 4 items. I ended up being late for work. This store has never been too crowded to mess up just one order like that.

Don’t go anywhere near here. If you want to work here just book it they ignore anyone who is trying to get hired. The the service is so judgemental and awful. Why are they still in business?

No one at counter to give service. Had to use automated service. Got wrong drinks told they didn't have the other and this would have to do.Restroom was not clean.Overall experience was not good. Will not return to this one again.

That's location was super understaffed Sunday, June 25th around 345pm . There wasn't someone available at the counter to take an order so I used the touch screen.We ordered two craving boxes and a Burrito with fries.I did not anticipate a very good outcome. However, the two individuals that were working were extraordinarily efficient and got our food to us quickly.I watched one associate take food to a customer in the parking lot while taking an order from a customer in the drive-thru. It was seamless.Thank you very much.

I went to this location looking to receive some good food but end up not receiving any of my items that ordered when I arrived at my hotel to look through my bag 4 out of the 8 items were missing and I couldn't go back to retrieve the items because they closed right before I could go back. So this location has some bad customer service when dealing with your order because they don't like to be patient with you when ordering just like to rush you through your ordering process.

S/o to the Thursday Night Squad?? We came in late and they were, understandably, low on supplies. Buddy and I both wanted Grilled cheese steak burritos but they only had one shell left. This kinda caused my brain to short circuit as I stared listing off multiple items that did, in fact, require a tortilla shell. Luckily, I remembered that I also enjoy chalupas and so I got 2 chicken chalupas, my friend got his grilled cheese steak burrito, our food was delivered promptly, and we both had a solid night.
