A lot of items to choose from. It does seem a little messy with carts of random items sitting everywhere.

Love how they redid the floor plan. Good service. Selection changes often.

Sometimes the prices aren't right. You can get something from the .50 ¢ rack and it's really $3.00 not the Employee's fault but it is a waist of time...I might try to go back but maybe not

Absolutely disgusting never the hell again the assistsnt manger is s joke she is rude and has no business working at this place .Will not be dealing with the Salvation Army ever again .Here is a hint lady need to provide better customer service no more donations from me not monetary or otherwise . I rather donate to a worthy charity that treats people like civilized beings . The sad thing is without the donations you would be without a business keep treating people like trash and see how far you get.

This place is hit and miss. Sometime good deals at great prices. Other times, junk. Worth the drive.

My brother passed away and I had to clean out his home. I made arrangements for Salvation Army in South Sioux City to pick up furniture, household items and clothing. I went into the store the night before scheduled pickup and asked for an approximate time for them to be there as I do not live at that home. They were very rude and kept telling me they could not give me a time. I then asked for a phone call a little before time and she said they could not do that either. Also they had told me everything had to be moved into the garage, which I did. So I sat in the garage, Everything had been moved out of the house and into the garage as instructed, on a hot day for several hours and they never showed up. Very disappointed. Also I love to thrift but for some reason Salvation Army now thinks they are a department store with new not donated items according to their department store pricing.

I was donating furniture, I was told they dont do stairs..ok fine I hire people to move the furniture downstairs as it was upstairs in my home. I was told I was first on their list for pick up August 9th at 9:00 am ...they didnt show up! Waited all day..no call no nothing except the money I paid to have the furniture moved to the lower level of my home. Thanks A Lot Salvation Army. Update: They called at 3:00 pm to come get my furniture..called from outside once here and said they cant get it because I live on a hill and their big truck might roll down the hill! Amazing!
