“Yesterday was a positive experience. This 4 stars for yesterday. The young gentleman who helped me find my watch face protector was great! Service with a smile, knowledgeable and friendly, respectful. Today was not a positive experience. I’m not a fan of being stopped at the door to be asked “what can we do for you” only to be told we can’t do that! There’s a mixed message about what they will do on Zag products/purchases.

“Talk about the BEST customer service experience ever! I came in about 30 minutes prior to closing on Friday night and had the most amazing employee help my son and I. We came to pick up his new phone and also picked up a screen protector and case. Tori V. was seriously the sweetest, most fun ever! She was eager to help us, did everything promptly and efficiently, and also had great conversations with us while doing so. She definitely knows how to create happy customers that want to come back for more! Tori is a serious rock star. We loved everything about her. We will be back, just for her ❤️”
