No one else would approve me but they found a way and they got me the vehicle I wanted the most with very little down compared to what most places would demand. The lady there is very nice and I would recommend anyone to go there. Even if yiu have good credit (unlike me) they have some sweet rides.

Don't go here, ever. This place will rip you off as fast as possible they are selling cars that needs thousands in repairs and act like it's your fault when they aren't working properly!

I used to think very highly of Kuehn Auto if I could give zero stars I would, When I first met Dan I was a guy down on his luck needing a vehicle and I dont have the best credit which they have always boasted about "No Credit or Bad Credit No Problem!" and at that time that was true, he/they did everything they could to help me....I cant say that anymore. He helped me get a vehicle so I was then able to have reliable transportation. He was very nice and overall a good person to deal with. His service tech John can be a bit rude at times but everyone else there I have always enjoyed dealing with. About a few days after I signed my papers my alternator went out and I had previously asked him if something should happen what do I do and he gave me his card and said to not hesitate to call him so I did and he took care of me instantly. He helped arrange for a tow to his shop where he then replaced my alternator free of charge which I NEVER expected to be done for free but my gratitude for him that day was very high and I appreciated everything he did. I was worried about what do I do because I am on disability income and dont have allot of money for repairs and I live in a apartment so doing my own work is extremely limited. I got the vehicle back and drove it with no other issues since and all was just basic maintenance. Ended up trading that vehicle in for a better car which I had for 5 years without trouble except for a few issues that were pretty minor that are not worth mentioning as they happened after the vehicle got paid off. However they say they take care of you even after the sale which I had to put up a bit of a argument with them to fix the issues on that vehicle. I couldnt do it and I wanted to give them my business because of how well I was treated in the past. Here is where things start to change between my relationship with Kuehn Auto... Before I lost the car due to a severe mechanical failure after my 5 year ownership again no fault of Kuehn Auto. I had noticed some other issues going on and I wanted to get away from that vehicle before things started to get worse and I was stuck with something I eventually would not be able to use, so I called Dan up and told him that I was in the market for a new vehicle and to my disappointment he had changed the way that he does his financing and thus I was told that I would now have to have $1,000-1,500 down...Are you serious? Ever since he partnered with Credit Acceptance his business practices have gone down hill and dont get me started on that credit acceptance....they dont have good reviews and they also screwed over my friend on a vehicle that she no longer owned...luckily she got it fixed. Do your own research on credit acceptance they dont have good reviews. 1,000-1,500....that's my whole income. Both vehicles I bought I have put 500 down and to tell me you cant cut me slack after always making payments in full? Never missed one! Time passes and he ends up telling me he has a 2007 nissan murano which at the time sounded pretty good and again after complaining he let me do 500 on it. A person should not have to complain to get a safe affordable vehicle It used a bit of oil but that was ok until about 6 months in I started having issues with my transmission. Had a issue with the alternator but that got fixed. Only 6 months of owning the vehicle my transmission goes out thats b******* and what is even more b******* he told me that I was on my own and there was nothing they could do? How would they know when they have NEVER even looked at it or even TRIED to do anything with it. After the many years of being a LOYAL customer that's how you are going to treat me? Not even try to make it right? Just give me the middle finger and say that's it? I guess that's the world we live in now. All about money not the people anymore. I am not a transmission expert for all I know they could fix it easily. All he told me was "You knew the issues it had when you bought it" First off the only thing that was mentioned to me was that it burned oi

I’ve had my car since July and it’s given me nothing but problems. The first time my warranty didn’t even cover it so it was $900 out of pocket!!! After I thought it was fixed now I’m having transmission issues and it’s not even worth what I paid. They told me everything was fine with my car. Never again and I will never recommend them

It had been a terrible experience first it started off great and then within 20 days my check engine light came on and started flashing they gave me a different car within 35 days of that car it broke down on the side of the highway I had to get it towed there he claim he fixed the vehicle but there’s no proof of that. the issue was an electrical issue is my believe that he just changed or charge the battery although he told me he replace the alternator.

They sincerely treated me like family. I took my new vehicle to my mechanic, he found 2 codes with problems and that the car needed new tires. Went back to Kuehn Auto with the info from my mechanic, Kuehn Auto fixed both codes and put brand new tires on the car before I signed the contract. Afterward, they did an oil change before I took the car off the lot! (◍•ᴗ•◍)I feel like they have a lot of integrity! I would purchase from them again and I'd certainly recommend them! (^‿^) I LOVE my new car ♡♡

I purchased my vehicle January of this year and every month it’s a issue with it. Started out with the 5th cylinder misfiring. They claim they “fixed” it but now 2 and 6 is misfiring and now it’s overheating. I had a pressure test ran on it, it’s a head gasket issue, now they are avoiding talking to me I just want a resolution. I’ve lost a great paying job and hundreds of dollars because of this car. Really starting to feel like I was taken advantage of... buyer beware!

Bought a vehicle they said brakes were bad, then said needed a battery. Bought a battery that wasn't the problem. Starter was bad, thermostat was bad, brakes didn't even have break pads, calipers were held on with bailing wire, I could've died driving it home. They're response "we only inspect vehicles we sell on finance". BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
