I go to pick up my meds and they hand me one of 2 the least important of the 2. I go back to be told I'd have to wait. I don't have time to wait so now I have to hope it will still work since I already got a dose in the hospital. Switching back to Walgreens this place is a joke.

Jordan Slump acts like a twelve year old that has been given far too much power of people's medication. After denying me medication which he lied about it being expired. (I have the bottle to prove it) he and his crew laughed me out of there without my panic medication, sending me into a full blown attack. Humiliating, and absolutely disgusted at the behavior by them, and mostly Jordan.

I'm done doing any kind of business with hy-vee pharmacy. Three times they have ran out of the medication I needed. When you go to pick up and find out they don't have it and if it's a Friday night and your dorctors office is closed you can't even go to a different hyvee and pick it up. Once was ok, twice...should have known better, this being the THIRD time and they haven't resolved this simple issue, I'll never go back. Absolutely zero for common sense and no regaurds for the customer's well being at all. If I could give 0 stars it would still be too high of a rating for the South Sioux City Hy-Vee!

I ordered a cake online from the bakery on Friday @ 12:50 pm for a birthday party on Sunday. No problem taking my CC and confirming the order. I got called Saturday afternoon @ 3:30 saying they couldn’t do it. Why did it take so long to figure this out???

I recently switched to Hyvee Pharmacy after being disappointed with the one I had been using for over 10 years, so far I am very pleased with the service, the quickness they can refill medications, and the communication they keep while working on difficult or immediately needed med.

The South Sioux City Hy-Vee is convenient for me when I’m working, or just in town to meet friends or the inevitable doctors appointments! I can find what I need, I can order my prescription refills online and pay for them when ready, so all I have to do is pick them up.

What is the point of going here? The prices are higher and they are forcing you to use self check out that does not work well. It takes more effort to scan items and then tells you it needs assistance and there is no one around to help. So I left a full cart of bagged items and went to Walmart because it's cheaper and I have to scan it and bag it myself anyways and at least some one is there to help the process. If you want full service and quality with plenyy of cashiers then Fareway is the place to go.

I love HyVee! I like the fuelsaver card...especially when I go to the gas pump! I've never been disappointed in the service in any of the stores, they are friendly, and always helpful. I appreciate a smile from anyone when I shop and their employees never disappoint!
