“My son and I stayed here recently and were very pleased. We were welcomed warmly and efficiently. The lobby was clean, as was our room. The laundry facilities were clean and free! The beds were very comfortable. I doubt I'll be in Sioux City again but if I were, there's no doubt that I'd stay at this hotel.”

“My room was ready when I arrived, clean and fresh. Bedding was comfortable, air conditioning worked well, and the location was quiet. Breakfast was good, with plenty from which to choose; eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, apples, toast, coffee, and juice. The bathroom ceiling was a mess, apparently the result of a leak and repairs that weren't yet complete. That had no adverse impact on my stay, even though it wasn't very attractive. Everything worked just fine. Better to have the room available to meet my needs than to have to search elsewhere.”

“We were so spoiled to be upgraded to a river view suite which even in December was stunning. Can’t imagine how perfect this place looks in summer time. The room featured a patio that made potty time a snap for my pup! The hotel felt extremely clean, modern, and was a truly great, safe location. I will absolutely be back!”
