I had rented a carpet extractor and was having issues (my fault), and the people there went above and beyond to help me. It was during the weekend, they were going to close soon and I wouldn't have been able to make it up there in time to help with my problem. The lady that answered my call was so gracious and above all patient. She even went as far to call me and walk me through and troubleshoot my problem. It turned out to be user error and she was still helpful. 10/10 will be going here again.

Needed a simple key cut for my car,SC store said South sioux store has the machine to do it, cut a sidewinder key?I go there,guy says we haven't done those in awhile, so what the hell?No one knows anything.

Good Folks, Great service! The place to get keys made. A local hardware store not a box chain store. Nice change of pace from the national chains.

They are always attentive to whoever comes in, helping them, save time and money, since they help you with a good choice, the best are in south sioux city Nebraska, I don't know about other stores in the same chain
