Was short changed again by 5.00. Clerk claims I gave him 15.00 but walked in with a 20.00 dollar bill. Was messing with cash till after last customer. I told cashier (male) to look at cameras but claims he did not have access. Once again poor customer service. Will not be back!

Not open when they advertise they are..was there at 6:00 am waited 10 minutes no one pulled up to open no one inside.

Horrible location to do anything with U-Haul. Waited an hour for them to figure out a trailer rental. Most of the time the cashier was on the phone chatting with her manager and flirting with customers. Didn't get any help with hooking up the trailer [to a 26' truck], and got minimal information on return location and procedure.
