I went to store today 05-29-24 at about 130pm and I noticed two people waiting at the register, I stood in line as I needed assistance. I waited 5 minutes and still no employee had come to the front to the counter. I could hear people in the back do after another about 3 minutes I walked to the back where I could hear someone sholving boxes. There was another man there who was very frustrated standing in the store but looking toward the back as I was, I asked him if someone or employee was back there. He responded, "who knows at this point!" so beings there was three or possibly four people in line in front of me and still no assistance I thought I would raise my voice as if anybody was working in the store. I did and it was like they didn't hear me or wasn't paying any attention at all. They started talking to someone else so either there was two employees not minding the store or he was on the phone but for 10 mins did not check on the store so I left. I have had issues with this store and employees telling me I couldnt return items because it wasn't warranted and pointed to a sign behind the store. I shook my head and requested a manager who returned my item. I suggested that she teach the guy about returns as he clearly had no clue. She apologized and said she would. I look to a part store for help and this store doesn't have it together on multiple occasions. My buddy says rhw same thing so after today no more of my business will be spent at this location anyway amd since other locations are oit of my way, my funds go to the competitor. Sorry, tried multiple times but after walking out today, it shows me that you haven't got the experienced employee to handle a part return how can I trust they have a clue beyond that? I bet you I run into the next store test them and they gove me several different options..especially 8 to 5 on a Wed. Geesch.

My battery was dead so we went to auto zone to get the new battery and then they could also install it. This should of been about a 45 minute process which turned into about 2 1/2 hours. The first guy that start led put the battery in and then it wouldn't start. So Jerry came out to see what the problem was. That is when it took so long since the first guy didn't make sure the post were connected correctly and when he took the battery out he some how bent the rod that holds the battery in place. Jerry spent time to fix the mistake which was very much appreciated. In the process of him fixing the issue his manager came out to see what was taking so long and she wasn't very nice about it. She said it shouldn't be taking this long to do it and then she was telling Jerry he needed to do it her way. I believe she thought he was messing around and not doing his job, which he was doing his job trying to fix the mistake the first guy did. Jerry went above and beyond what he needed to do.

Don't expect parts to be instore when their online says they are available. Bring a lawn chair because you will wait quite a while for assistance.

I live 24.4 miles out of town. About 33 minutes. I have to find rides and pay them to get the car parts for my car. I have been to this auto zone 3 different times because they kept giving me the wrong part. I even double checked each time I left the store to ask if it was the correct part. They told me yes, this is the part. First they gave me the wrong master cylinder twice. Then they gave me front break pads instead of the rear. Which I told them I needed specifically. I take it all the way back to the mechanic and he tells it’s still the wrong part. These brakes are for the front not the rear. I’m so frustrated and upset that I have to continuously spend money to fix my car. If they got it right the first time I wouldn’t have had to spend the extra $80 to find rides to the city to fix my car. Now that it’s the 4th time I’m going up there I feel like crying. I’m a single mother with 3 kids and I can’t afford to keep going back and forth. Can you guys please find people who know what they are doing and make everyone else’s life easier please?!

They didn't have the parts and they didn't have any desire to find the parts. Auto Zone is normally a really good company, but the sales rep wasn't good at all today
