They are professional, friendly, and try very hard to accommodate what I needed. There were some questions regarding what all needed to be done per the adjustors notes, I didn't have to make any calls Dom dealt directly with my insurance company for me!”

“I stopped by Advance Auto (South Sioux City location,) to purchase some windshield wipers for my daughters car. I was pleasantly surprised to find 3 women running the show. Very welcoming, helpful and patient with my multiple questions on my daughters car and my own. Sara (General Manager,) was so very helpful and just kind. She thoroughly explained the warranty and also gave me suggestions on a few items that I’m planning on purchasing in the near future for my car. Trinity, who I actually spoke with on the phone before I stopped in, grabbed my new wipers and installed them on my daughters car and followed through to make sure they worked properly. She too was welcoming and helpful with a smile. Just wanted to give a shoutout to these ladies for providing a wonderful experience that I’ll definitely be returning to experience again.”
