In the state of Georgia we call people like Johnny good people. Johnny is one of kind who help me beyond what I expected from a towing company. I broke down on the fuel island at Sydney WY Loves truck stop let along trailer tire pop off the rim. He was able to tow my truck and trailer to Filsinger yard which I was able to get the trailer tire fix by a local Goodyear account dealer in Sydney. He towed me to Cheyenne WY to Newton Volvo dealer to repair my truck. Towing price was fair/reasonable for what I received. After dropping the truck off he was able to drop me to a hotel down the road..But overall what I enjoy was the conversation and the feedback on the way to the dealer... Johnny is the 1st person I will think of when I hear or think of state of Wyoming.

We were stranded for 4 hours on I80, about 50 miles east of Cheyenne. We weren't sure what was wrong but the tires on the 5th wheel, curb side were much to close together, the tires were very hot and the trailer was not aligned properly. We thought there might be an issue with the lift spring. We used our extended warranty/roadside assistance company and could not find anyone who could tow us, or willing to come out. We were quite concerned as this happened at 430 pm, it was getting dark, the highway was busy and we weren't sure how long our flashers would hold out. A state trooper came out, suggested Filsinger's and they showed up from Sydney with 2 tow trucks. They jeri-rigged, (using a chain) the lift spring so we could limp back to Sydney, 40+ miles. Johnny & Tim escorted us all the way back, one truck in front, one behind us. We got off I80 and onto Hwy 30, which was a huge relief. We spent the night in their parking lot. Next morning they recommended a truck/trailer repair shop in Sydney, again, escorted us there. This was service above and beyond. Special thanks to Johnny & Tim, we appreciate all your efforts to get us safely off of I80 on a Monday night.

They lied and didn't answer the phone and I ended up sitting a extra day. Also they have bad attitude. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. Piss poor communication.
