Was very satisfied with the help and answers I got. Had previously stopped in another one of Verizon stores and was unhappy with the service I received. There were several employees standing around idle and the girl that helped me did not seem to concerned about my issues which she didn't fix, this having stop at the 2nd Verizon store for help. Verizon store in Seward was a thumbs up, one in Lincoln thumbs down.
